Hifas-INTIMA is a food supplement made with organic Reishi, selected live cultures, D-mannose, Spanish sage (Salvia lavandulifolia) and vitamins A and C.
Vitamin A contributes to the maintenance of normal mucous membranes. Vitamin C contributes to the normal function of the immune system.
Each capsule provides at least 12 billion CFU of live cultures at the time of manufacture: Lactobacillus rhamnosus, Lactobacillus gasseri, Lactobacillus crispatus and Lactobacillus acidophilus. Designed for women's daily intimate wellbeing routine.

Ingredients per capsule: organic Ganoderma lucidum fruiting body powder (200 mg); plant-based capsule (coating agent: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose); Salvia lavandulifolia leaf and stem dry extract (53.33 mg, providing 8 mg ursolic acid); D-mannose (50.5 mg); inulin (50 mg); anti-caking agents (silicon dioxide, magnesium salts of fatty acids); maltodextrin; Lactobacillus acidophilus La-14® (8 × 10⁹ CFU); vitamin C (as L-ascorbic acid) (12 mg, 15% NRV*); Lactobacillus crispatus (1 × 10⁹ CFU); Lactobacillus gasseri (1 × 10⁹ CFU); Lactobacillus rhamnosus HN001™ (2 × 10⁹ CFU); vitamin A (as retinyl acetate) (121 µg, 15% NRV*).

To obtain the extract, we use a different process that produces a highly concentrated powder rich in natural active nutrients such as beta-glucans, terpenes, ergothioneine, fatty acids, ergosterol, hericenones, grifolan, etc.
At Hifas da Terra, thanks to our R&D team, we develop sustainable extraction techniques, such as Hifas Green Extraction TechnologyⓇ, which allows us to obtain pure mushroom extracts with high concentrations of active biomolecules and active ingredients. Due to their more concentrated nature, the extracts provide greater potency and efficacy in their therapeutic action. This allows us to formulate in such a way that the optimal dose is achieved with fewer capsules per day, obtaining results in a shorter period of time.
