Hifas-Menopause is a food supplement for adult women, made with ingredients of 100% natural origin. With no added hormones, soya or isoflavones. It combines premium Reishi (Ganozumib®) and Cordyceps (Cordyzumib®) extracts, organic Lion's Mane (Herimax®), Ashwagandha root extract, green tea extract, selected live cultures, vitamins B6 and D, and zinc.
Vitamin B6 contributes to the regulation of hormonal activity and to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. Vitamin D contributes to the maintenance of normal bones and normal muscle function. Zinc contributes to the normal function of the immune system.
Suitable for coeliacs, people with lactose intolerance, vegetarians and vegans. Hifas da Terra products undergo routine quality control, including testing for heavy metals and pesticides.

Ingredients per 2 capsules: organic Hericium erinaceus fruiting body powder (Herimax®) 280 mg, plant-based capsule (coating agent: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose), Cordyceps sinensis mycelium extract (Cordyzumib®) 240 mg, organic Ganoderma lucidum fruiting body extract (Ganozumib®) 100 mg, Ashwagandha (Withania somnifera) root extract 100 mg, green tea (Camellia sinensis) leaf dry extract 100 mg (55 mg EGCG, 2 mg caffeine), bulking agent (microcrystalline cellulose), anti-caking agents (vegetable magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide), live cultures (Bifidobacterium lactis, Lactobacillus plantarum, Bifidobacterium infantis, Lactobacillus acidophilus, Bifidobacterium longum; 4 × 108 CFU each), zinc (zinc picolinate) 1.5 mg (15% NRV*), vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride) 0.22 mg (15% NRV*), vitamin A (retinyl acetate) 120 µg (15% NRV*), vitamin D (cholecalciferol) 0.75 µg (15% NRV*).

The powder is produced by the friction of 98 stainless steel bars, which break down the cell walls of the fungi and release the active biomolecules of interest, such as prebiotics, fibre, etc.
To obtain the extract, we use a different process that produces a highly concentrated powder rich in natural active nutrients such as beta-glucans, terpenes, ergothioneine, fatty acids, ergosterol, hericenones, grifolan, etc.
At Hifas da Terra, thanks to our R&D team, we develop sustainable extraction techniques, such as Hifas Green Extraction TechnologyⓇ, which allows us to obtain pure mushroom extracts with high concentrations of active biomolecules and active ingredients. Due to their more concentrated nature, the extracts provide greater potency and efficacy in their therapeutic action. This allows us to formulate in such a way that the optimal dose is achieved with fewer capsules per day, obtaining results in a shorter period of time.
