All orders placed on www.hifasdaterra.co.uk are delivered Monday to Friday, excluding holidays, between 9am and 5pm. Deliveries are not carried out on a Saturday or Sunday or to PO Boxes. We do not ship outside the U.K. at this time. All packages require a signature on delivery.We do not accept orders or ship to The Channel Islands and British Overseas Territories (British Antarctic Territory, South Georgia and the South Sandwich Island, British Indian Ocean Territory, Akroitiri and Dhekelia, Pitcairn Islands, Flakland Islands, Saint Helena, Ascensión and Tristan da Cunha, Anguilla, British Virgin Islands, Cayman Islands, Montserrat, Gibraltar, Bermida and Turk and Caicos Islands). The time taken for Purchasers to receive an order is 3-5 business days from the day the order is received for Standard Delivery and 1-2 business days for Express Delivery. UK express delivery:
£10 Order before 1pm for delivery within 24 to 48 hours on working days.
Orders placed after 1pm will be processed the next day. Items will be delivered 8am – 8pm (Monday – Sunday). We are not able to give you a specific delivery time.

- What if I have a delivery problem?
If a delivery is late, the Purchaser must inform our customer department as soon as possible, by e-mail sent to firstname.lastname@example.org. All prices shown include VAT. Shipping expenses will be added separately at the end of the shopping process as the total amount depends on the destination, weight and shipping time you have chosen. Prices are always in Great Britain Pounds (GBP) and include VAT.
